All press-on sets are handmade to order and require a minimum of 7 days for production before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Each order comes with an application kit. This includes a nail file, a buffer, glue, glue tabs, a cuticle stick and cuticle oil.

Each order comes with application and removal instructions on the back of your press-on card.

With the correct application method, your press-ons can last between 2-3 weeks using glue, and up to a week with glue-tabs. You can get multiple wears out of your press-ons.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct nail size before placing an order. As each set is handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes once the item has been shipped.

Please refer to the sizing guide for detailed instructions before purchasing. If needed, the nails can be adjusted slightly for a more precise fit using a nail file.

Yes! We understand this can happen. Therefore, you can reorder a specific nail once you contact us directly and are given a quote depending on the level of nail art. You can contact us via Instagram or use the form here to get in touch.

We take great care in creating each set and assuring it gets to you safely.

Therefore, refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged or faulty by us. In this unlikely event, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the issue. We will review your request and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or opened sets.

As all sets are hand-made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.
